Orders and quotes
Orders are placed by phone, email or inquiry form. A quote becomes an order once you confirm the written details — sizes, fabric, quantity, price and timeline.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted per order and depend on size, materials and quantity. Custom and bulk orders may require a deposit before production begins.
Lead times
Stock items generally ship within 3 business days; custom work takes 7–14 business days. We notify you promptly if a fabric delay affects your date.
Returns
Unused stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom, monogrammed and bulk-run items are final sale. Workmanship defects are repaired or replaced at no cost.
Customer-supplied materials
We take great care with fabric you send us, but we cannot be responsible for flaws, shrinkage or dye behavior in materials we did not source.
