What materials do you use?+
Covers are cotton canvas, washed linen, or durable textured blends. Inserts use premium poly cluster fill that resists clumping. We can also sew with fabric you supply.
How do I wash my pillows?+
Removable covers are machine washable cold on a gentle cycle and should be line dried or tumbled low. Sleep pillows can be washed whole and dried on low with dryer balls to restore loft.
How long does an order take?+
In-stock items ship within about 3 business days. Custom runs generally take 7 to 14 business days depending on quantity and fabric availability.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental United States, and local customers near DeKalb, Mississippi are welcome to arrange pickup.
What does a bulk order cost?+
Volume pricing starts at 12 units and improves with quantity. Send your sizes, fabric and count and we will send a written quote, usually the same business day.
Can I get a monogram or logo?+
Absolutely. We embroider names, dates, initials and business logos. Send artwork as a clear image or vector file with your request.
What is your return policy?+
Stock items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Custom and monogrammed pieces are final sale, but we will always fix a workmanship issue at no charge.
